In this formula, we have combined zinc and vitamin B6.

Zinc is an essential micronutrient that our body needs in small amounts.

The recommended daily intake (11 mg for men - 9 mg for women - 11 to 13 mg for pregnant and breastfeeding women) can be easily met through a balanced plant-based diet consisting of whole grains, legumes, and oilseeds, all naturally rich in zinc.

It is involved in many bodily processes:

• Immune system
• Male fertility and reproduction
• Taste and smell
• Skin, hair, and nails
• Maintaining cells against oxidative stress.

In this formula, we have added vitamin B6. Pyridoxal 5-phosphate is the most biologically active form of vitamin B6.

Essential to our bodies, vitamin B6 must be obtained daily from food because our bodies cannot manufacture or store it.

It is naturally present in whole grains, legumes, and mainly green vegetables, as well as wheat germ. The recommended daily intake is 1.4 mg.

Vitamin B6 promotes zinc absorption for greater effectiveness.
