1. Responsibility for data processing
1.1 The data controller is Phytaroma snc / eshop.phytaroma.be, whose registered office is at B-5020 Temploux, Rue Roger Clément 37.
As such, Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be determines the purposes and technical and legal means of processing personal data and undertakes to take all necessary organizational measures to ensure secure processing in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, "the Law") and the European Regulation of 26 April 2016 on the protection of data of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the GDPR Regulation).
1.2. Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be is free to choose any natural or legal person who processes the personal data of users at its request and on its behalf (hereinafter "the subcontractor"). Where applicable, Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be undertakes to select a subcontractor offering sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organizational security measures for the processing of personal data.
2. Processing of personal data
2.1. Use of the Site and access to certain of its sections or any request for information or services from users may result in the communication of personal data. The processing of this personal data by the company Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be in its capacity as Data Controller will comply with the Law and the GDPR Regulation.
2.2. This Privacy Policy is intended to allow users to know, before accessing the different sections of the Site and communicating their personal data, how Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be processes users' personal data. In accordance with the legal requirements imposed by the Law and the GDPR Regulation, Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be only stores users' personal data for the time reasonably necessary to enable the accomplishment of the purposes for which they are processed.
8. Communication of users' personal data for internal purposes
8.1. Personal data may be transmitted to employees or collaborators of the Marketing department of Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be who, operating under the direct authority of the latter, are appointed data controllers or subcontractors of this data and will receive the appropriate operational instructions. Personal data may also be brought to the attention of employees or collaborators of the managers if the latter, appointed by Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be, decide so, provided that these data are processed in accordance with the purposes pursued.

9. The rights of recognized users.
9.1. Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be guarantees fair and lawful processing of users' personal data.
9.2. Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be. guarantees the user's right of access to his personal data.
In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR Regulation, the user has the right to obtain from Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be the following information (but not exhaustive) concerning his personal data:
a) the purposes of the processing;
b) the categories of personal data concerned;
c) the duration of storage of the personal data and the criteria used to determine this duration.
9.3. Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be guarantees the right of rectification and erasure of personal data to the user.
In accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR Regulation, incorrect or inaccurate data may be corrected or erased at any time. It is up to the user to make the necessary changes himself from his user account first, and then to request to make these changes if they cannot be made independently.
The user has the right to obtain the erasure of his personal data in the cases listed in Article 17 of the GDPR Regulation.
9.4. Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be guarantees the right to limit processing.
The user has the right to obtain the limitation of processing of his personal data in the cases listed in Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation.
9.5. Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be guarantees the right to data portability.
In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR Regulation, users have the right to receive from Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. They also have the right to transmit this data to another data controller without Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be preventing this in the cases provided for by the GDPR Regulation.
10. Limitation of liability of the data controller
The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites controlled and operated by third parties not related to Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be. Where applicable, Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites, nor for the personal data protection practices of these third parties.
Phytaroma s.n.c / eshop.phytarma.be cannot be held responsible for the loss, corruption of data or identity theft, which may be caused in particular but not limited to, by the presence of viruses or computer attacks.

11. Modalities for modifying the user's "profile"
