1. Pick up in store, free of charge
You can collect your order directly in store at Phytaroma in Temploux (Belgium)
from Wednesday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Please note: the order must have been finalized on the online store. No modification or addition of orders can be made on site.
To do this, please choose the "PICKUP IN STORE" option when choosing your delivery method.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
2. Home delivery.
Shipping costs are free if your order is over 60 euros to Belgium (see table below for other countries).
The products are delivered to you within
2 working days from the day of dispatch (indicative time) for Belgium,
and within 3 to 5 working days from the day of dispatch (indicative time) for Europe.
Shipping costs do not include customs fees and other charges upon entry into certain countries; these costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Bpost delivery to a collection point or parcel distributor in Belgium.
Parcels are delivered to the collection point or parcel distributor of your choice within 3 working days from the day of dispatch.

4. Additional Information
We only deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany and mainland France. Deliveries to islands (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Overseas Departments and Regions, Corsica) are not available. See the list of excluded postal codes for more details.
5. Bpost My Preferences
If you are not home for your delivery, Bpost offers several options:
You can choose an alternative delivery location. Here's how:
1. Go to My Preferences or download the My bpost app.
2. Enter the details you use to receive your parcel.
3. Select your preferred delivery location if you are not home:
a collection point or parcel locker near you
a safe place (e.g., carport, garden shed, under a small roof)
a neighbor
Bpost will send you an email for each expected parcel. You can change your delivery preferences for any parcel. (For example, you can select a different neighbor if your first choice is on vacation.)
Tip: The My bpost app lets you track your parcels in real time and change the delivery location up to 5 minutes before delivery.
6. Returns
If there is an incorrect address or if the parcel is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be offered a refund (excluding delivery charges).
