Genmai Su rice vinegar is produced in Kyushu in southern Japan and made using a traditional method of fermentation in buried clay pots. With a fresh and delicious taste, slightly sweet and without the strong acidity often present in other vinegars, it goes perfectly with cereals, fish and vegetables.
Does not contain preservatives, however some harmless deposits may appear. Keep cool and in the dark.
