TRADITIONAL USES : Promotes digestion through its action on the stomach.
PREPARATION MODES : Infusion: 15 grams per liter for 10 minutes. Liqueur: 25 grams of leaves in half a liter of brandy at 45°. Leave to macerate for a week. Filter then add 300 grams of brown sugar.
