They can be used all year round for a wide range of Asian or Western dishes such as in a hot broth, or in rich wok preparations, or in succulent summer salads.
Preparation : boil 2 liters of water, add the noodles and stir. Simmer for 9 minutes then rinse with cold water.
Ingredients :
Wheat flour (87%), whole rice flour (10%), sea salt.
