Product details
Wide wheat udon noodles have the same fine texture and full taste as thin noodles. The semi-whole wheat flour used for production is freshly milled. Ideal for using in a broth or in a wok.
Preparation: boil 2 liters of water, add the noodles and stir. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
