TRADITIONAL USES: 1° Calming, promotes sleep, particularly in children. 2° Promotes sweating (flu).
PREPARATION METHODS: Infusion: a handful per liter of boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes. Calming baths: stuff a washcloth with flowers. Run the first liters of the bath with very hot water. Let it diffuse.
