The active slow sugar is composed of shiitake mushroom, acetyl-l-carnitin and chromium.
The shiitake mushroom is grown on a Japanese oak tree and has extremely slow germination. It is used in oriental cuisine in combination with meat dishes to make it more digestible and less toxic.

Acetyl L-carnitine has the most biologically active form of the amino acid L-carnitine, found naturally in our bodies.
This third generation carnitine is obtained by acetic fermentation using enzymes, which gives it the particularity of penetrating all the cells of the body.

Chromium is a mineral that the body needs in small quantities.
