Recipe idea: Rice with seaweed: pour a drizzle of olive oil into 1 saucepan with 1 chopped onion, brown over high heat. Add 1 carrot, 1 leaf of kombou seaweed. Add 1 measure of rice, mix then pour 2 measures of water over it, add salt, bring to the boil. Cook over low heat on a heat diffuser for 50 minutes without lifting the lid.
