Preparation mode :
Infusion: 10 grams per liter, let infuse for 10 minutes. 3 cups per day.
Lemon balm water: 120 grams of lemon balm + lemon peel, nutmeg, coriander seeds, 30 g each, + cinnamon and cloves, 15 g each, to macerate warm for 8 days in 2 liters of brandy. Filter, cap.
