The magnesium plays an important role in cardiac, nervous, muscular functions and contributes to energy metabolism.
Magnesium gluconate is present in acacia gum, therefore in the plant world.
This type of magnesium has a low elemental percentage. which means that for 100 mg of gluconate, only 5.4% will be effective but highly assimilable by the intestinal walls where it should be produced normally. The lower the elemental % is, the more it is assimilated by the body.
