Use
Internally, it's an excellent lymphatic drainage aid and immune booster. It aids digestion after a heavy meal, specifically acting as an intestinal cleanser. Used undiluted as a mouthwash or gargle, it will help cleanse the mouth (canker sores, dental care) and throat. For more serious gum problems, combine it with helichrysum hydrosol.
As a facial lotion, this hydrosol is suitable for cleansing congested skin. It's a good alternative to tea tree hydrosol, which isn't always easy to find unless it's mixed with alcohol.
