A knife of exceptional quality. This traditional Japanese knife (pointed) fits easily and naturally in the hand thanks to its light wooden handle. It cuts everything thanks to its steel blade and its stainless steel coating. To preserve its lifespan, clean it thoroughly with cold water after each cut and dry it immediately to prevent the cutting edge from rusting.Santoku literally translates as "three functions": slicing, chopping and cut in to dices. The Santoku is a versatile knife which is very suitable for cutting all types of raw flesh, the slightly curved shape of the blade is ideal for chopping fine herbs and is just as effective for cutting vegetables.
IMPORTANT NOTES : Use ONLY on a wooden or plastic cutting board. Do not use knives for any purpose other than food preparation.
