This traditional Japanese knife (rectangular) fits easily and naturally in the hand thanks to its light wooden handle. It cuts everything thanks to its steel blade and its stainless steel coating. To preserve its lifespan, clean it carefully with cold water after each cut and dry it immediately to prevent the edge from rusting. The nakiri knife is characterized by a very straight blade allowing the blade to be pulled best use of the cutting edge.
