A slightly bitter taste – that’s what distinguishes our spelt milk alternatives. They give coffee a special caramel note, but our spelt drink also pleases people on a lactose-free and vegan diet, as a milk substitute for muesli, for cooking or baking. Franckenkorn and Zollernspelz, for example, are the names of the German spelt varieties processed by Natumi. They come from regional cultivation and are of organic quality. And our spelt drinks are also produced in Germany.
Our spelt drink has a delicately nutty taste and, when well chilled, is a delicious thirst quencher – either pure or mixed with delicious fruit or vegetable juices. It is also a pleasure as a hot drink. Like all Natumi drinks, spelt drinks are also suitable for cooking and baking.
