Our anti-stress synergy, a favorite for many years. A blend of essential oils with exceptionally gentle, balanced, and grounding aromas. Neurotonic and harmonizing, it will help you refocus in all cases of stress, nervous weakness, and inner turmoil. Use it to experience your day stress-free and/or to promote natural and restorative sleep at night. Topical application, while not the only option, is recommended.

Ingredients:

With organic essential oils of lavender, petitgrain bigarade, red mandarin, marjoram, Roman chamomile, clary sage, ylang-ylang, and Atlas cedar.

All organic essential oils certified by Certisys-be.

Suggested Uses:

• 7 drops, 3 times a day on average, rubbed alternately onto the solar plexus, spine, and soles of the feet. It is best to add a small amount of vegetable oil of your choice (about the size of a hazelnut).
• Simple applications can be sufficient: 3 to 4 drops on the wrists – then rub the wrists together – at the end, bring your wrists to your nose and breathe deeply.
• 10 to 15 drops in the bath, which you have previously diluted in a dispersant, provides an ideal base for creating your own de-stressing massage oil. To enhance the de-stressing power of your shower, add 1 to 2 drops to a dose of neutral shower gel.
• It can also be used in an aroma diffuser, oil burner, or any other atmospheric diffusion system.

Precautions for use:

• For external use only.Keep out of reach of children.
• Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 6 years of age.
• Respect the recommended diffusion times: do not exceed 20 minutes (preferably in bursts of diffusion/pause/diffusion).
• Do not diffuse in the presence of babies between 0 and 3 years old.
• Do not diffuse while sleeping.
• Store away from light, in a dry place.
• Danger - Flammable liquid. In case of skin irritation or rash: consult a doctor. May be fatal if swallowed (if the product is accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting). Do not pour the contents of the bottle into drains or waterways: toxic to aquatic life in case of a large spill.
